Almost forgot about this:
I hadn't shown you my first car, a 1990 Opel Kadett sedan with a 1.4 liter engine running on LPG. Like this one but then blue. In speed it was comparable to a snale, but somehow I managed to drift it literally into a guardrail. I was already fed up with it, so I sold it dents and all for a few guilders and moved on to the Corsa. Still, it was a fine first car, I've had her for 1 and a half years and had a lot of fun with it.

Just because I can't get enough of my new love:

Drool, Nice ride! I've always wanted an Alfa Spider, maybe when I retire. |

Here is my car, not an Alfa but it will do. Not comments about the girl, she's my daughter.

The Kadett is such a milestone in my life as it was my father's first first-hand car ever, and he had it for like 18 years without any issue. He trade it for an Audi 80 (paying a bit of money, also) but I think it was a mistake. Anyway, the Kadett was just four wheels: no automatic windows, no ABS, no servo-steering...
And about the girl in your picture, I... -Oh, no comments allowed there... |

So was mine, the only "luxury" was the fact that it had different wheel barrels (GT type) and mirrors in the color of the car.
I upgraded it myself with an inside/outside thermometer, a 3rd brake light, and one of those chrome pipes that you put on your exhaust so that it looks like a sports exhaust
Aah, sigh, those were the days. |
