My first post, so i'd just like to say what a great site this is
I am currently bidding on what will hopefully be my second BOSS pedal (yep, i am but a n00b) an XT-2 Xtortion, i was wondering how much these normally go for... As i'm a poor uni student i don't want to pay too much...
The price differs a lot from country to country so I don't really know what the typical price in Australia is. On Ebay UK these typically go for �40-�45.
http://www.prepal.com/data/Boss.htm says that typical US price is $44. You might also want to search completed items on Ebay and see what the previous XT-2s went for.
I saw a new-in-box, never-sold XT-2 go for about (U.S. $) $90 on eBay earlier this year, so that's probably the high end. I think mine cost about $50 off eBay a month or two thereafter, with box and manual and in decent shape. If you lurk around eBay long enough, you can eventually find an XT-2 at an affordable price.
