Hi all,
I was making my pedalboard and trying to find a logical order for them tone wise, when I pluged it all up in a wierd way and when I plugged a pedal into the Sd-2 Footswitch jack (DF-2 and Delay pedal) the led turned orange (as it is only suppose to turn red/green). I plugged it to my amp and guitar and it made a awesome noise which is sought of in between the Lead and Chrunch channel. what is happening to creat this and can i use both the Lead and Crunch Channel with a footswitch as well as them combined.
Thanks |

| Wow that is wierd. I think you have a possessed pedal. I own the sd-2 and have never had that happen before. can you make it have the orange led everytime anytime? |

| Yeah, can you recreate the weirdness, or was it a fluke? |

Hi Guys
I don't quite understand what Fuzzy did, but, it reads like he may he accidentally plugged a pedal in-out into the Remote foot switch socket. Instead of the switch.
Perhaps the strange Orange LED colour, which is RED & Green on at the same time, was created because the remote socket had a Resistance to ground rather than a short to ground, as when a normal switch is turned on-shorted.
Been thinking about this one all day... I think I need a real life

HI all
I've been experimenting again and it seems that when you plug a pedal into the remote switch, the orange takes over the green. When you plug one of these in

and plug a pedal into one slot and a foot switch in the other you can change between orange and red (So I'm getting closer to being able to tame the pedal.
Dr Bob, could you explain to me more simply how to make resistor thing so I don't have to plug a pedal into the socket to turn it orange.
For all you SD-2 owners I suggest you try it as it gives you sort of a stereo control as you can make the lead channel take over the crunch or vice versa or make the lead channel real trebley and make the crunch bass and many more controls like that.
I may be able to make a youtube video one of these days to show every one that doesn't own a SD-2
Regards
