I've got a J-44 coming in the mail this week, I know you said you have that, but I have never seen a J-5. I don't know if it'll help or not, but I believe the official name for the J-5 is J-5 Junction Box. But yeah if you want to buy the J-44 off of me you're welcome to.

The full name is J-5 Multiple Jack.

Personally I don't think it's worth 15 quid. Especially with the additional fiver he's charging for shipping.
