Yup... found one in someone's basement, fixed it up, see the ebay auction for details and more pics:

Note new/refurbished items:
New transparent color coded (not correct, but close) overlay for control buttons.
New wood support blocks under pedal mounting plate
New zinc-plated panhead screws for wood blocks
New zinc-plated, correct size/pitch screws for pedals/mounting plate
New zinc-plated screws holding the power unit bracket

If it doesn't sell as a complete item on ebay, I'll either part it out , either on ebay or privately.
