On page (2) there is an "Ibanez standard wau fuzz", I actually remember seeing these new in the shops, when they first came out.

I actually have (2) of the Wau Wau pedals, but before they were cross badged for Ibanez. (not with the Fuzz)
So, they are from a few years pre the Ibanez logo era.
I have had them since the 70's.
They just need some new pots.
When I get my camera back for canon service, I will see if I can upload a few pics.

These units actually have Silver Metal, battery compartment thumb screws, just like on the early SS series of Boss pedals.
It must have been a common part back then
