DD-20 SOS question

Hi there,

I just bought a used DD-20 almost totally for the looping (SOS) function. I've looked through the manual and am quite dismayed...please tell me I'm just missing something here...

When you record a loop can you not stop it and then restart it? From reading the manual it seems that once you stop your loop from playing back its gone...

Correct.

It's a top notch delay pedal, that has a basic loop function.

It's in no way shape or form a Looping effect pedal.

Wow, so lesson learned on this one. Always be sure of what you're getting before pulling the trigger on gear

Yesss... but the DD-20 is possibly the best delay pedal on the market, so it's still a good thing to have

Oh, I'm totally having fun messing with it

As far as versatile delays go...wow! My DL-4 conked out on me so I figured I should give this one a shot. If I could restart a sample it would be absolutely perfect for me.

Ah well, guess I'll just have to get an RC-20XL as well
