| I haven't tried those noiseless pickups, but the guitar looks good. The price is low too. I would buy it if I saw one for this price (in Belgium). |

| I wouldn't go into a home made guitar even if the parts are worth the money, but I may be biased. |

Same here, I'm a disaster building things. I'm better at knocking them down. |

I have a old jap squier strat i put the vintage noiseless into... i used to have a active midboost installed ala clapton strat but i pulled it out and i found the vintage noiseless a bit dull with 250k pots..tried 500's and eventually settled on 1meg...i then found out that Fender shipped the noiseless with 1 meg pots for a while as well.... they aren't as loud or bright sounding as my '89 USA standards pickups but they have started to grow on me a bit and the squier start in my main No 2 guitar these days... |

| WARNING, ITS A PARTSCASTER! Not that theres anything wrong with that, HOWEVER, maybe its just me, but the body looks more like my Squier Vintage Blond than any of Fender's blondes, and the headstock logo doesn't look right to me. I am almost willing to bet this is a $200 Squier Standard Tele with a Fender waterslide decal and neckplate and some new PUs....I could be wrong...I mean I hope I am wrong, but something about it just screams Squier in disguise to me...I have 6 Squier Teles, so I am am very familiar with them, and looking at those pics gave me a Squier vibe... |

I bet you're not far from the truth. Judging from the neck and headstock logo it is a quality hardware and pickups mounted on a cheap guitar. The biggest trouble about these guitars is that you never really know what you are buying and you may never find out.

You could be right about all the other things, but you can't really judge by color. Certainly not on a computerscreen. Fender has this Desert Sand color (used on Baja Tele's) which is another possible option , but there is only a subtle difference between blond & this desert sand color. |

| I see a lot of the partscasters on these local listings, and I understand that. I just wonder about the pickups and if they're any good. There are a few good luthiers in the area that do a good job with their replicas, but I don't think I'll even contact this seller. |
