I don't want to turn anyone off of Mesa products either.. they're about as good a factory-built product as you'll find.. and their customer service is excellent. They'll take your old MKIIB and factory mod it to a C+. Sure the tone's not for everyone

A co-worker of mine got Randall Smith on the horn for over an hour to talk about his red-stripe MKIII Coliseum head.. he was just an interested customer at the time.

I likey my little Mesa.

A Guinness to Randall!

Hi verivorax & guys

Plus one from me as well.

Randall sent me the latest catalogs & some Mesa bumper stickers, along with a hand typed & signed letter.

When he found out I was rebuilding one of his early Twin 50-50
Rack heads.

Regards Dr. Bob

That's pretty cool. How'd he find out?

Hi DeFrag

I called the local dealer, for some genuine parts,
who got in touch with Messa.
Who then contacted me.

I have to be careful not to get drool stains, all over those Mesa Engineering product catalogs.
Much nice that browsing on the web.

They even have some internal shots.

BTW, my Mesa 50-50 is in fine form, but way too loud to play around the home.

Regards Dr. Bob
