Hi Boss_8
Very nice, I'm glad I asked you about it. I hope you look after it as well as your Dad did.
Does your Dad still Play?

My current pedal board, it is always evolving...

Cheers!
I see you are using the delay in stereo. Why don't you have the Flanger connected in stereo as well?
The flanger and the chorus can both be run out stereo as well as the delay. I'm just not sure how to run all three in stereo at the same time?

He was supposed to use the brief case to house his knife collection, but he never did.
He used to play the acoustic guitar a litte, my brother still has his old ovation "round back" from the mid '70s.

It can get a bit noisy with high gain settings but that's pretty common anyway... any noise suppressor will solve it.
Only thing it could do with is an XLR output. But the main output is more than enough to feed any PA anyway.
I used to have a GT-8, the only thing I liked about it was the tuner and the volume/wah pedal, other than that didn't care for it much. That's when I got the pedal bug and started buying little colored boxes.....

The BF3 has two outputs. just connect these to the two inputs on the delay.
Thus the Flanger is now stereo (even if the delay is off). Have them both on and you'll have them both in stereo.
Once you've done Chorus-or-Flanger stereo into a stereo delay, you'll never go back. |

Paul,
So basically what you're saying is I just have to get 2 more 1/4" patch cords and link the chorus to the flanger to the delay and I'm good to go even if the pedals aren't on they'll pass the sound stereo? That would be sweet! I have two used Peavey 112 Bandit amps I plug into (one red stripe and one chinese transtube). When I plugged the second amp in for the first time and heard the effects stereo I was giddy as a school girl, I just didn't know how to run them all at once. Thanks for the tip, I will get some patch cords pronto.... |

| I think you'll have to choose either the flanger or chorus to be in stereo because neither of them have stereo ins. The second input jack on the BF-3 is for bass so can't be connected from the CE-5 stereo output. |

Yeah, I was just looking and it seems it will be an either or situation, either flanger to delay or chorus to delay because they don't have stereo in. How would you mix them? |

| well an ABY would, so would a little minimixer, i've seen some cheap soundlab jobs appearing on pedal boards too, your choice won't cost much either way u just need a way of splitting the guitar signal. |

Personally I'd just get yourself one more patch cord and connect OutputB of the BF3 to InputB on the Delay.
Then for some really magical stuff make sure you get the Tap Tempo on the Flanger the same as the Delay. If you angle your foot, your should be able to tap the pedals at the same time. |

I use 3 power supplies on my board and have finaly fixed it underneath my board. A bit messy I know, but what It allows me to do is have one plug to power my board, this is a lot quicker setting up! I'm not really fussed about how messy it looks under my board, as long as it's out of sight
Here's a picture to share with you all:

Nice work ollie. This is what I waanted to do with my board but there wasn't enough room. Not even enough for a power brick. But I did manage to hide most the cables underneath with just exposing the two 3 pin ends. Makes it a lot neater and easyer for me. Ill be posting a pic soon |
