Prices always drop on Ebay during Easter and Christmas. Guess people have better things to do so there's less buyers around. |

That DS-1 looks easy to fix, pity it's missing the thumb screw.
Please let us know the S/N when it finally arrives.

Hi Bob,
The DS-1 arrived yesterday and is working well, too bad it misses the thumb screw and one of the pot-knobs, it's serial is 143700 making it a january 1982 made pedal- one of the last with the long dash!!
Should i best contact Roland for the thumb screw and pot-knob (it needs a knob with a little screw) or are they easily found somewhere else?
All in all not bad for $10

Nice .. I would contact Roland or maybe even smallbear, if you are looking to make it look original.
Else go get a couple of knobs that you like & replace the two larger ones.
From some local electronics supplier.
The screw Thumb screw thread is 3.0mm
I have a few black ones, but unfortunately the threads are too short.
else I would just sent you one.
you might find something similar off an old computer case, or at an auto hardware shop.
Else look for some no-name or low value pedal that uses a similar thumbscrew, you know know it's 3.0mm diameter.
But in the end it's probably easier to contact Roland.
