that's about $407k US ... I know those are very rare and desirable guitars, but that's an insane price in this economy.

a couple of years ago, a friend of mine got to briefly play a '59 'Paul that a friend of his was selling, as he passed thru town on the way to Nashville to meet a prospective buyer. the friend of a friend got $250k for it, or about as much as our house, the two cars in the driveway, and everything else in it put together. I guess I really need to buy more lottery tickets....
