Hi everyone! Ijust got a great deal on the CE-300 rack unit. However, I don't have the possibility to try it out before I buy it, and I was recommended this place for knowers of all things Boss. 
Basically, if we use the CE-3 as a reference for an ideal chorus sound, how does the CE-300 compare to it? I am generally a rack guy these days, so I try to go for rack units.
How does it do a subtle chorus? What I am aiming for is that 80s fat stereo chorus sound (White Lion, Dokken, Rough Cutt etc. etc.), where you can't really "hear" the chorus too well untill you turn it off, and you really hear that something is missing. Wether it does the really heavy chorus (Quiet Riot and the likes) isn't too important for me, since I will be using it with an ADA MP-1. The ADA has a built in chorus that works great for the heavy kind of chorus you would be using with a clean tone, or it you really wanted to get an effecty, almost phaserish sound, but not the more subtle chorus sound that, arguably, is more useful.
