I solder short pigtails onto the input, output, and +9V connections inside the pedals, then connect them one to the other underneath the deck. Each pedal needs only three wires, since the deck (1/8" aluminum plate) serves as the common ground point for everything. The pedals have their back plates off, and are screwed on through matching holes in the deck. The wires pass through the deck via grommets.

What a great idea. That looks great. |

Very nice! It has to be a bit hard to match the holes for the screwers and still put the pedals in the middle.
BTW, why is it so hard to get a CS-2 at a reasonable price these days? I'm looking for one but they all go over 80 euro on ebay... |

Not as elaborate as some of yours, but it does everything I need AND it's got a removable ashtray (not pictured) and a built in adjustable cup holder that will handle anything from a beer bottle to a Big Gulp(upper right). Guitar >AB2 >TU2 >SD808 >ISP Decimator >Amp Send >DD3 >CE5 >GE7 >Return

Board Update. Well actually more than one so it seems nowdays.
This is my main simple board. Ive replaced my patch cables with some nice dimarzio ones, and ive managed to hide almost all my cables inside the hollow section of the board, So setup is simple and easy now. I did have to cut a hole for part of the Blackstars adapter though Also, ive been using my Blackstar HT-dual for awhile now. It sounds lovvvvley! Tubey goodness. I also went against what i said, ive ordered a pitchblack, it was cheap. The TU-2 will get moved to my other board. P.S This board also has a lid that goes on top of it

And this is my 'experimental' board. I just got the PH-2 and i already hate it. Got another PH-1r on the way.

And this is just my mini board for when i wana plug in my Fender acoustic.

Cheers! |

Hi hateandwar, nice board
Why do you hate the PH-2? I compared our rhythm guitarist's PH-2 in mode 1 against my PH-1r and it didn't sound that much different to me. |

hateandwar: What is it about the TR-2 and a Sharpie? Out of all your Boss pedals, the TR-2 is the only one with knob positions marked on it.
I bought my TR-2 off eBay, and it's MY only pedal with markings on it, but they're not the settings I use. Drives me slightly nuts, but not nuts enough to go get a rag and some naptha and try to rub them off. |

Dirk, im not sure why I don't like it. it sounds a lot more digital to me. Maybe because its a MIT version?
Rich, its how it came when I got it off ebay. It was really cheap so I didn't care. They arnt the settings I use all the time either. Its a bit annoying haha. |

Ok, Some better quality pictures than the ones I posted on the last pedal board thread. Also, things have changed a bit since then.

bass/guit> TU-3> FW-3> CS-3 Opto+> FZ-2> PS-5> MD-2> PH-2> FX75-B> RE-20> RV-3> noise

Here's a picture of my board that's on the previous thread although it's changed a lot since then. I've got rid of the pedalboard and i'm hoping to downsize to a Pedaltrain JR. The only pedals on this board that'll be on my new board are the Analogman Sunface, Phase 90, DD-7 and DM-2.

Two new additions since last post, Pitchblack for Christmas and (of course) another Boss today, the EH-2. I'm very pleased with them both.

And also very pleased with the way my PB is growing in less than a year since last march! |
