Like yourself, I've seen lots of these on evilbay OZ.
But have never seen on in real life.
I once saw that they also had a dearer one that looked like a clone of the Cry Baby.

My friend Justin, bought a Washburn wah from kmart here in Melb.
And it sound really good, it has a hall effect magnetic sensor, no pots, it's made by Artec.
It has a lot of adjustment, with an external Q-pot.
It was on special for about $80au.
