A lot of them are taken directly from the Boss or Roland site while I've taken/created the rest. Boss pedals are so similar that one can quite easily be photoshopped into another one.
If you look at the details you can see that not all of them are perfect. If resolution was any higher than 200x350 a lot of them would look horrible.
