Wondering if this is caused by my recent increased interest in some non-Boss pedals, low electrolyte intake paired with a high outside temperature, or possibly the migratory "freckles" residing on my sack???
Just kidding, they're not migratory, they're dug in DEEP.  
Sorry girls, but it's beer:30 & I couldn't resist. A little sickly humor never killed anyone, although it can scar deeply.

You will be pleased to know, the-destructor, that modern medicine has many effective controls for body lice in the 21st century. Just remember that your girlfr sister will have to take the medicine as well.
