Well I am. Active I mean. but I don't play music for a living though.And I'm about to sign a distribution deal right now with my band hehehehe. Although we're changing line-up so that sucks! I might hook up to some buddies hardrock band while we're auditioning musicians (thats really boring).
And by the way, I think in our hearts we're all rock stars aren't we?
Since about 15 years I have been out of the regular band situation, before that I was a semi-pro for about ten years. Nowadays I plays a lot at home and jam with different people, now and then with the band mentioned before (we started in the mid 70�s). So I�m at least as active now than before, but plays mostly at home. Without a band I can play a lot more different styles and use a lot more pedals, as no one cares�
