I believe these are going for @ $1300 for the G27 & add $100 for the amp in the G37.

Very nice...... a company called Motion Sound also do something similar and you can still find some of the stuff Yamaha put out in the 70's around on ebay etc......and of course Fender did a vibratone cab but you need a seperate amp to drive it...i think the motion sound stuff has built in mics with XLR connections on the cab to capture the sound without the hassle.....
you thinking of buying something like this T-D.....??

| I saw the ad a few weeks ago, when I was looking for Vibraclones. Too bad the amplifier isn't full tube. That would have been great. I'll try to build my own this summer during my vacation. |

I played with a KBist that played a Motion Sound amp, sounded great. Fattens up even the crappiest B3 patch.
I never plugged into it tho. |

| They look very nice... The Motion Sound stuff is great, but for guitar, the stack might be the best option - their combos were a lil weak. For KB, they're amazing. |

Last week I bought this Elkatone:

It's an Italian Leslie cab from the late 60's/early 70's with a real leslie horn. I use the preamp of my Laney (on the left) to drive the poweramp of the leslie. In my opinion, it sounds great

Thanks. One thing I forgot to add. It's very, very heavy (two cabs together: +100 kg) . |
