strange it has a pitch repeating it self even when not playing...as i turn the delay time knob the pitch changes...like the hold bottom i stick but im in 800ms mode..anyone have any idea what going on?
It's normal operation for any adjustment of the delay knob on these to alter the pitch/tempo of the wet signal if there's any present. But you shouldn't have the sample/hold behaviour operational if you're set to the 800mS range (if I'm understanding you correctly here). I'd probably take the pedal to a store and compare it to one they have there, and note any differences in how they function.
in the 800 ms mode is has a note holding as i play on top of it with the 800ms delay as a turn the delay button the pitch will change with the note holding..really strange my othere dd-3 does not do that...
