(a) "apparently" no reason; the input/output jacks and the AC cord visible in the photo, at least to me, anyway, give a pretty decent indication of the pedal's gargantuan size, but you're right that that's probably why he put it there -- he could just as easily have put the CE-2 that is up for auction there while he was taking the photos, instead of one that he wasn't auctioning... I just thought it was funny how the SG-1 that he's holding onto for the moment snuck in there (the comment suggests that he might have done it on purpose)
(b) I mentioned it here just in case someone was looking for an SG-1 and might want to contact the seller -- perhaps if he gets enough interest, he'll put it up for bid
That guy bids on EVERY interesting pedal that comes up on Australian Ebay. He's bid on the two I'm selling at the moment too and i noticed he was banned for a while.
