Ibanez' 10 series have the coolest names.
They also have one called "Bass Stack" which is a bass overdrive.

For your MS-10 check this:

When I was taking guitar lessons as a kid, my guitar teacher had the Tubescreamer pedal from that series. I did the PacMan looking knobs...

I picked it up for about US$32 as part of a deal last night. Needs a clean and a battery snap, otherwise it's in good shape.

I think I did OK with that price, but it's hard to tell because so few of them have been sold on eBay, or anywhere really...

Does that circuit above look right?
If it doesn't, I'll delete it.

Hi Laurie
Looks like you beat me to it.
Yes it has 4off Duel 4558 op-amps in it. (8 stages in total)
It is considered & talked about, as the TubeScreamer on steroids.

Great find , they don't sell often, but seem to fetch decent prices on evilbay.

You know I'm going to ask you upload some pics, into the "Internals"thread...

The Ibanez 10 series pedals are very collextable, & well made.
Also look for the 3 letter series in the 10 series cases.
Like the (my) CPL.

The all out best in that series is the BC10 bass compressor,
for use on 6 string guitar/s.
I produced a very different kind of movement in the Chorus tone.
I search these out, as much as the Arion SCH-1's.

Regards Dr. Bob

I used a CP-10 compressor with bass once and it was pretty damn close to my CS-3.
