Yeah, I know, I'm a curious guy.

I'm wondering if there are some diyers here. I'm one myself, I love to open old stuff, to repair especially, to modify, and so on...

In fact I got lots of my pedals for allmost nothing (10-20), just because they needed to be repaired. Figure this out, a vintage MXR Blue Box, a EHX Clone Theory, a Boss PW-2l, FW-3, MT-2... Payed nothing just because a pot went loose or a solder broke...

More than that, I like to save oldies from the garbage. For a 40 DS-1, this is not really exciting, but saving a vintage or rare stompboxe is just a wonderfull feeling.

Furthermore, as I began to collect, I noticed that be able to repair my stuff was almost mandatory. If there's collectors here, don't you think ?

I think there is a lot of technicians here.
Stinkfoot is modding/repairing pedals for a living and a lot of other people are always helpful answering technical questions.
Finding cheap broken pedals has become quite difficult. There's quite a few people interested so prices are going up and as we already know, Boss pedals seldom break so there aren't that many to find.
