| Yeah I've seen it before, it doesn't really work for all pedals though. |

| But I don't like it.. What if you need to move it or just realised it's 1 cm wrong.. then it will take you loooooooooooong time to fix it.. |

| hey guys. i've used these to fix all my pedals to my pedal board. nice cheap easy option to mount your pedal effectively. if your using the compact boss pedals then they will fit fine. |

He guys,
Don't buy these things of e-bay!! They are the rings of a bicycle-chain. Just go to your local bicycle-shop, ask for a used bicycle-chain (which they will be happy to supply as it is just waste for them). Clean the oil away and take the chain apart. Free pedal-retainers for life |

| I still like velcro, but it looks like a good idea. |

Velco is not that bad, its just if you don't protect the label underneath you can damage it when you want to take it off.
I personally like using foam on a board and just cutting out the shape to fit the pedal. Similar to the BCB-60 where there are pre-cut shapes for your boss pedals!!!
I find it reletively cheap and easy to swap pedals, especially since I use almost all boss so I don't worry about funny shaped cut outs! |

A simple solution I've mentioned before: simply reverse the bottom panel of the pedal and attach the velcro on that side. That way, if you decide to remove the pedal from your board or if you sell it, you remove the velcro, then switch the panel back around and voila! Your pedal's label is still intact and no velcro residue present. |

Nice idea silvertone6120! I might look into that one myself. Is there enough room though? What I mean is that with the rubber on the bottom of the plate... doesn't it push onto the actual circuit board? I seem to recall some pretty tight squeezes in some pedals. I guess the only way to tell is to try it. No risk either.
Thanks! |
