Congrats

Been looking myself for a while to join up with my DM-100. How does it sound?

How much did you pay if I may ask?

Cheers

Cool, I've never seen any of these up close.
It's not a spring reverb as I've understood it. I expect it's based on BBDs but I'm not sure about the design of these units.

I'm not sure either... but I've read that it IS a spring reverb. However the springs are attached to each other in a Z like shape.

I'll let you all know once it arrives - can wait to plug it in...

Hi MullyFX

first of all congratulations MullyFX.

Like the rest of us, I would be really keen to see some internal pics, including the internal shots of the Z-fold spring pan.

I have a few Z-fold pans made back in the 70's-early 80's by a much respected Californian company.

I also have a 5 page Spring Reverb project, from a magazine called ETI (electronics Today International) (1976-77).
that uses those springs pans, or similar.
I bet Laurie remembers that old & now defunct magazine from his youth.

It would be interesting to know if these are the ones that are used in the RX-100.

It just arrived....

funny how it fits exactly underneath my Microbaby

oh and it's a really bad piece of gear.. I hate it... bah.... and again for google the BOSS RX-100 or Roland RV-100 are extremly bad sounding units... not good at all.

now don't buy any so that prices drop and I can buy some more.

I'll post pictures of the interior once my reverb needs are saturated and I find a minute or three...
