We had a topic about your 'best' pedal, the 'worst pedal Boss ever made', your 'favorite non-Boss brand'.
Now, I'm asking: which pedal do you use the least but is still in your pedal board because you like the sound or "for that one song" you need it or "some day I will use it", etc.
Last night I was playing around with my CS-3 Compressor and my CE-2B Chorus. I must say the CS-3 makes my sound a bit 'sterile' but also interesting (sterile is sometimes not a bad thing). So, I haven't found a good use for my CS-3 at the moment but I keep it in the board for future use/testing. |

My SYB-3 - any place I feel I could use it in a song it turns out to be easier to throw in more fuzz instead ;)

As far as on my pedalboard, I guess it's my SD2, which I was using only as a booster. I think I'm going to swap it for a DS1 and use it as a second distortion and skip the booster.
As far as not on my pedalboard, I have way too many to list. |

My DSD-2 - using the RV-3 for all my reverb/delay needs - but the DSD-2 is just a pretty little thing..
Not on my board/setup it would be my XT-2 - a real dust collector

I rarely use my CE-5 because I usually don't play clean.
My NS-2 and SD-1 are always on. Sometimes the GE- 7 is on. |

| When I got my NF-1 I briefly plugged it in and verified that it works. Compared to the NS-2 it loses so it will probably stay in the box forever. |

ha ha ha! That's funny bossarea. I have a few like that too, but even worse, I have a few that I've never even bothered to plug in to test them for whatever reason. I guess I'm too much of a completist.

Those half-rack units are pretty pricey these days around here. Right before we started talking about them in the other thread they were around 1/3 to 1/2 the current local prices.  |

| I'm averaging �26 on the 7 I've bought so far and that's a lot lower than the average compact pedal price. Talking about them on the forum will definitely have an effect on the prices but for the time being they're still affordable over here. |
