Hi DavidLopezJr
Hi & Welcome to the forum from Australia.
I have looked at the power supply on the link you posted. I downloaded the hi-res image that shows the label on the back.
While it does say 9VDC x5 @ 400mA. It does not specifically state, if it is fully regulated.
Perhaps you can email them & ask for more detailed specifications, and ask them specifically, if the unit is fully regulated.
You will not get hum if it's a regulated type The simpler units, just use a rectifier & a medium value, 330uf to 2200uf electrolytic capacitor, as a filter, these types typically have a much high hum level.
So as I said, it's best to ask them & get the details in writing.
Regards Dr. Bob |

You seem massively clued up!
Can I run it with a Nobels PH-D Analog phaser as the daisy chain item?
The phaser states 'use ac adaptor which delivers 9 colts DC'
I use an AC > DC power pack and it works fine.
The polarity required is positive external and negative internal on the back of the phaser.
I dont want to 'hook it up and fuck it up' (that was an accidental rhyme, but i may coin it future!)
Thanks a bunch if you can help! |

Couldn't i just jumper out the diode and the resistor, like you do in the ce-2 mod |

| I read around and found that if i jumpered the diode and resistor like my ce-2 i am ok.well it works without a problem,I was only doing this cause i had a problem with my ce-2.The chorus was not as deep of a sound with the dm-2 running off a power cable or vice versa. i find it funny the little things can get you |
