the SP-2 !! a new spectrum pedal, with some new options! I think this box would be a success in our home-studio world, it will replace some boring plug in... |

I would dig:
1. Ebow Effect 2. Sitar Effect 3. Pitch Shifter-double style pedal with a built in expression pedal 4. Slow Gear Reissue

| I was going to say re-issues. They seem to work well for Ibanez, Dunlop/MXR, Electro-Harmonix, and Fender to name a few, but only if they are done right and not just strictly for profit. The may not do this though because some Roland execs may have a ton of Spectrums, Slow Gears, and VB-2s stashed away to fund their retirement plans...lol... |

| Bring back the fuzz. How can Boss have so many ODs and distortions but no fuzz? |

while i think in one way reissues are a good idea, i think im going to have to say its a bad idea personally. this would make collecting lose its fun. and i can just see the reissues being crappier sounding than the orginals. but i highly doubt Boss would do reissues anyway. their not the reissue type. |

I would love to see the following:
DF-3 w/a few different modes like fade & tunable harmonics DM-4 w/wider range & depth PQ-5 with stereo I/O & 2007 advances TR-3 that ptero came up with previously LS-20 someone else mentioned would be killer sweet with 32767 combinations
WP-3 compact format wave processor w/all the envelope shaping I long for SYG-1 guitar synth or maybe cross with the above WP-3 or AW-3
FZ-4 w/less fizz OD-4 with a BD-2 crunch so we don't need both pedals VB-3 just for PSA-120 compatability
Oh, & a PS-6 that has 3 more knobs, 8 more functions, Surround 7.1 outputs, &, &... |

a VOCODER-TALK-BOX type of thing, they never did that!!
For example, something like the Alesis Metavox, a simple vocoder with a good choice of waveforms, controls (freq, res, rate, siblance), two inputs, so you can plug your guitar (or your bass)in the first, and a mic in the second, and sing with your guitar sounds!! I have the metavox and it's a very fun effect (especially with DS1 and big muff.., I can have the voice of satan!!) but I think Boss could create a better-sounding effect (and less fragile, alesis is plastic!) |

I did make some modifications to my fictional TR-3, so this is TR-3.1 The orthogonality between the LFO's in each channel is adjustable by the Ortho knob.

I have never used that Alesis Metavox, not even a Talk Box or something similar. But that would be interesting and... well, I found very entertaining to sketch fictitious Boss pedals. What do you think about this...
