Yes, it looks very easy.
I biased my JCM 800 used the "Cathode resistor method" which involves soldering a 1 ohm/2 watt resistor from the cathode to ground on each powertube, and then simply measuring the millivolts across it as you adjust the bias control. Normally this is measured in milli amps but since we're using a 1 ohm resistor milli amps convert directly to millivolts.
