I got a shiny GPS and some pedals.. all MIJ GE-7, SD-1, DC-2, FT-2 (box/manual) and a near minty SS PH-1.
I love those teles.. very fun to play. Glad to see some wishes come true.. Defrag - was it a 5-carat Imperial Topaz?? some rocks are nicer than others. |

Very Cool.
I remember you telling us the story about it, many months back.
I love those old Large Fender headstocks from the late 60's, early 70's.
I have a couple of guitars with that headstock.
And Humbuckers in the neck position on a Tele, hmmmm. heaven.
You will have to let us know how it sounds.....

yeah my tele sounds great in the neck, bridge is a bit muddy, but I'm going to get 500k pots fitted. This is a common upgrade on the tele deluxe. (apparently fender use 250l pots on coils & their 'buckers)
& it's the '72 reissue, so it has the hench headstock :)

Great Tele by the way Ollie - looks like a gem - good call on changing the pots too 
Mine (a US std) is away having a full set-up for the moment  , still, getting it back soon
Not sure whether it was me or Santa that was on something when this little collection of Xmas specials was put together for Santa to drop down the chimney for me but I'm enjoying all of them, especially the DSD-3

Santa brought me a FZ3 and a new laptop and says he might stop by again with a Behringer pedal board.
Ollie, guess you'll have to stop by the TDPRI forum with your Tele
