Has anyone ever ordered one of these - http://www.smallbearelec.com/Detail.bok?no=635 "Box - Small Bear 125-B SKU: 0306B

Many people had asked for this popular size, but without internal ribs. While we were at it, we had it made from RoHS-compliant alloy, and with sturdy, 6-32 screws at the corners. Size 4.78" x 2.61" x 1.4"

I noticed that the dimensions of length and width are spot-on with Boss pedals, and that it uses 6-32 screws on the corners - I was searching for a place to get a cheap replacement bottomplate to velcro up, and I came across this... was wondering if anyone had ordered one and tried swapping out the bottomplates or anything...

Are the bottom plates the same size? Can you try swapping one to a boss pedal for me and seeing if it works? If it does, I will probably order one of these to get a bottomplate that I can put velcro on for my pedalboard to not ruin the bottomplate of my DC-3, I'm sure you can understand why ;)

Sorry - just got to this.

Yeeesssss... it looks like the plate will fit. Just. Might need to releive the holes a little bit it's pretty close. It doesn't sit the same as a Boss plate though - it would make the pedal about 1/8 higher.

If you need plates, just call Roland. I think the couple of spares I bought were about $3 or $4 from Roland here in Canada.
