I have available for sale a Robert-Keeley-modded DS-1 Ultra Mod. The Boss serial number dates it June 2003.
This pedal was modded by Keeley, and includes his sticker, unlike many of the Keeley rip-off Ultras available on eBay. It even has Robert Keeley's signature in purple Sharpie inside the bottom plate.
The Ultra pedal includes Keeley's "Seeing Eye Mod" (toggle in the "up" position) and the extra Ultra mode (toggle down), making it a more versatile pedal than the stock DS-1. It also solves many of the stock DS-1's problems: improved low-end response, better picking dynamics, and a less fizzy high end. Overall, it's a major improvement on the stock DS-1 and a popular almost-boutique distortion box.

It is in VG-to-EX condition, a few small paint chips, but nothing major. It has the original Boss knobs, not Keeley's "cool knobs".
