found this one this afternoon on a surplus shop. just took pics of it, it's too expensive for a weird pedal.

Hmmmmmm looks very much like an HM-2 with a Metal Zone lid if I'm not mistaken

A franken-pedal no less ;)

You could make one yourself for the same price (and have an MT-2 with a heavy metal lid left over)

I'd leave that alone lol

Regarding the Frankenstein: it depends on what kind of shape its in & how it sounds. It definately is the HM-2 as chrissydamage mentions. You'd best crack it open to insure nothing is amiss like bad modding. I know nothing about the price.

yeah it's a HM-2 for sure. never tested it, the shop didn't have a good guitar for testing, and for the price $80 is a lot for a frankenstein.

I don't know about prices there, but I would expect to get both an MT-2 and a HM-2 for $86 USD... I bet it would be fun to open it up and see what's inside!

Same here, especially MT-2's aren't worth anything.
Every beginner buys one secondhand, and passes it quickly on to the next guy so prices stay low.

HM-2's are slowly on the rise, but not with those filthy MT-2 parts on it
