too much for me. i see the PH-1 as collecting only thanks to the PH-1r. and its too broken for collection purposes

That's a good question. I've jumped on a pedal once and It did not broke.. think it was a CH-1.

someone should put a boss pedal through an endurance test. maybe ill take one of my DS-1s and run it over, throw it off a bridge, drown it, etc etc.

I think in one topic last year we found a pedal that had been drown.. it looked awful..

I don't know how tough Boss enclosures are, but look at the photo on the lefthand side of the page, and how tough that enclosure is....

look at this phaser its nearly 30 years old and still working...some of the other companies should take note as well as boss....don't let the standards slide....now i know why the old pedals are getting valuable....
