| I like the LM-2. It is kind of a subtle sounding compression. They are one of the rarest pedals too according to the Boss Book. |

I dont think LM-2 is so rare, I know of two for sale in a music store in my hometown, selling for about $65 each, I bought mine in the same shop a year ago, about $50 with box. The pair have been in that shop for a long time. But of course they are much rarer than for example OD-1, but the price doesnt reflect that. LM-2 is nearly always in nice condition as few likes them and use them a lot.

THE LM-2 is great pedal to have in your arsenal, as, I think most hackers will plug in a LM-2 and say it does nothing. ELiminate your hearing hangover, and it is a GREAT alternative to the CS-3 (as long as you are not looking to increase the sustain, BUT want to add some compression). Besides, the CS-3 "sustain" function adds too much HISS for me; ENTER THE LM-2!.
Indeed, it is easy to find in good shape, because most players don't tweak it enough because on first try, it seems to "do nothing".
It probably wouldn't form part of a regular pedal setup, but would be great as an extra for certain situations, requiring nice quiet "compression".
My 2 cents. |

There are ways around that.
Check out http://www.pbclearpath.com/
They have a location in USA where the seller ships to, then they ship it to you. They charge a bit extra, so it depends on what your buying if you want it. Just ask the seller if theyre willing to ship to clearpath.
EDIT: its linked with ebay, so it works well |
