I cant remember if this topic has been on the forum before, but what the h.
What was your first pedal ever?
Mine was a Vox treble booster, a little square box with a male tele-plug to put directly into the guitar. If this is a pedal can be argued about. The first real pedal came a little later, it was a Vox wah, it was probably manufactured in 1966-67 as I bought I used around 1968.

| OD-1, bought it brand new 1982 and always regretted selling it a year later. It took me more than 20 years to replace it with another. |

My first pedal was an Arion Metal Master. Sold it about a year after I got it. No regrets. My first Boss pedals were an AW-2, DD-5, and GE-7 all purchased together. I still have all of those.

| First pedal I got was an Arion Stereo Chorus, which I never really used, and eventually sold. The first pedal purchase of pedals I used regularly was when I bought a new DOD FX17 Volume Wah and a used DF-2 at Chuck Levin's when I was 13 I think... |

An MXR DynaComp around 1985, it was included with a guitar/amp setup I bought secondhand. First new pedal was a Boss CE-3 Chorus in 1987. |

GE-7, PH-2, & PS-2. All acquired at the same time about 14 yrs ago.
Actually didn't purchase any additional pedals until a little over a year ago when I decided to look for a distortion pedal.
Over 20 Boss pedals later.... |
