Nope, the regular high-cut mod (using a capacitor to shave off treble in either the feedback loop or the mixing stage) doesn't work on the DD-6. I'm not 100% up to speed on the inner workings of the DD-6 (I haven't bothered to mess with one), but I'm guessing that the pots only carry a control voltage, rather than the actual signal. So any treble-shaving would have to be done elsewhere in the circuit (where the actual signal is).
