Hi 1984 Guy
Welcome to the forum from Australia.
The slicer will be available, a bit later in the next few months.

Hi sextorx
Say slowly (Homer style) ------- SL-20. You're making My GAS pains worse... but in a good way...
It's the long weekend here in Oz (Melbourne Cup - on our Tue.) and there are soooo many stores to visit that have nice toys, ahh GEAR.
Regards Dr. Bob

Don't know where in the UK you are, bossarea, but since Sound Control went down a few months back, some of their stores have been taken over by PMT (Professional Music Technologies). My nearest one is Leeds, and they had a few SL-20s stacked on the counter last time I was in.
EDIT: just seen the date on your post. You've probably got one by now... |

I never actually bought an SL-20. I'm in Reading and Dawson's got one but haven't tried it out. The gas might come flowing again if I do, so I'm staying away for the moment. |

It looks to be something that is quite groundbreaking...
Not a re-hash |

Hi bosshog & Guys
The re-thinking & expansion of the slicer effects is really great in the new SL-20. But there are some, not too shabby Slicer effects in the old GT-3 that I have.
I'm assuming that there are some in the GT-6-8 & 10 as well. But mommy won't let me buy those newer toys ----- YET.
While not as easy to dial up as the SL-20, & only a few variations, they are still pretty cool to fool around with.
