Exactly what I was thinking too as a Bisby Tele is one of the few Tele configs/setups I don't own... |

It's a Carol-Ann OD2-100, sitting on top of a Mojotone BB cab with a Celestion Alnico Gold and Scumbag G12-75. I've since moved it to a Bogner Uberkab. Next to it is a 1971 Marshall Super Lead 100 on a 1997 1960-TV cab with Weber Silver Bells and Blue Dogs. The other photo has a Reinhardt Fat Albert 50w serial number 001, and Diana, a Trainwreck Rocket clone, approx 35 watts, currently awaiting a new cab I'm building for her.

Hey mclmk8d,
I love the Tele with the Bigsby
I've been psyching myself up to put a Bigsby on my Tele (I'm worried about ruining it by drilling wrong holes or something!).

My most recent acquisition:

Didn't really need it(I have several other hollowbodies) but I traded out a solidbody I was not bonding with for it, so it worked out very well for me! |

...Wow some nice amps there...the reinhardt and the trainwreck clone are pretty rare this side of the pond..the last time i saw a reinhardt it was on TV,Mark Knopfler was using one on some gig he was doing.....
I have a few amps myself including a mid 70's Marshall Superbass II with the rocker switches and the metal front but it is pre master volume era..from what i've read on the net,the circuit was pretty similar to the superleads from 68 onwards with the changes mostly cosmetic...it's a bit sick at the moment so i'm going to have to give it some bench time over christmas....
Silvertone....one nice guitar bro'......

Silvertone....one nice guitar bro'...... Bob Reinhardt based the Fat Albert on a HiWatt that Page played at Royal Albert Hall. It is LOUD at the "1" setting! I haven't played it lately as I have been favoring Diana; she is one sweet amp, but like many women, gets nasty and dirty when pushed...takes to pedals like a fish in water, but has amazing distortion even without pedals, like most Trainwrecks.
