Strange though, its only been 7 hours since his last post. C'mon guys, the man MUST catch a few ZZzz's.
Dr. Bob must be like the EH-2. You only miss it when its not there.. or does that goes without saying?  |

Addendum - I was unable to post all of yesterday evening, I couldn't connect to the Bossarea Server, for some reason.

I have been extremely busy over the past few day - actually since Monday after work. in fact I was so busy that it seems like I have lost reference of an entire day. 
I was called out to a recording session, in a technical role, as the pwr supplies (electro caps) in the studio's 24 Channel 1986 mixing desk, went south, we've been experiencing very high temps out here for the past few days.
I managed to get ShakeTheDevil's Shin-Ei wah back to him after it was completely refurbished & repaired.
What a great sounding wah, it was really difficult to ship it back to him, sort of like letting a loved one go.
He wrote to me this evening - and was very pleased with it, after is 25 rest in a junk box or draw.
Plus I have been working on a couple of new acts, for a show at the end of the month.
A solo act - Yes me on my own, I spent last Saturday, working on the costume for my solo act.
I have also been working on a duet act, with a very fine female singer, that works in the same building, as I do..
She hear I played, & asked me to help he put a show together.
For the same show at is at end of the month.
Not to mention trying to complete the building & installation of all the commercial storage racking for my garage.
SP-1 I have posted on a few threads, the latest was the one on the Roland GR-20 Guitar synth.
But to give you some pre-warning, I will be unavailable from:
My Friday, till at least Sunday, later this week.
So please keep your PM emails to a minimum, as I will not have access to a workstation or net connection for those days.
The Topics & Postings, have been really great.
extremely compelling reading over these past few months.
Plus all the new members, Bossarea must be very proud of all his new children, & the way the Forum has matured so far.

It just wasn't the same. Normally when I start up my computer and visit bossarea (first thing I check every day (man, do I need help)) I see 'Dr. Bob ' at least 2 times in the last post section and it makes me feel good, knowing nothing has changed and the world kept turning. Then I drink some coffee and start reading the posts.
7 hours can feel like an eternity....... but Dr.Bob is back. Okay he never really was gone but nevertheless
Dr. Bob will you be taping your show ? or filming it ? so we can enjoy some on youtube or so ? |

I have heard that a semi-pro, might be recording the show,
but the only thing that is definite, is the date and the time.
I'm still trying to find out about the PA & stage equipment.
& work out if I have to bring extra gear, like direct inject boxes, and our high-er quality mics.
.. Man I didn't know I made that much of an impact on some peoples lives .. thanks
