Hallo,
Having just received a good condition Quadraverb, I cannot get a sound from it. The LCD screen lights up, all the buttons work, and I managed to set it to factory default. I plug in my mono strat, to one of the inputs, connect 2 powered monitors to the 2 outputs, and no sound, no register of inputs from the front light lcds at all. I then used an audio interface with it, between the monitors and it, and then fed it in to the interface and used it between the audio i/face pre-amp and the monitors - still nothing. I am pretty sure it is not the unit, so I am doing something wrong. Can anyone talk me through setting up the verb - the manual is unhelpful. All advice gratefully received.
thanks, arthur.

Welcome to the forum.... never had a Quadraverb but i've had a couple of other brand rack units...if the small led's that register input are't lighting up i would think thats where your problem is...is it possible that something in the main settings program has to be switched over for mono input..? maybe when you reset it it went back to some factory default setting...? i know my pod XTpro has a couple of different input sources and if you have it on.. i.e. line input in the global settings the guitar input registers no signal....

Q.... Was it working ok before the reset..?

Q....since it's an older unit i assume you are not the original owner...did you buy it locally and can you contact the previous owner to see if they can help....?

Were mostly pedalheads here but some of us use rack gear as well so hopefully someone else can shed some light on this.....

Hopefully TKO Ken will read your post, I know he was rebuilding one that he was using.
I belive that there are a few other members here, that also have them, or have used them.
