I have a boss CE-5 with a broken level pot. Does anyone know where can I get a replacement?

Best place is your local Roland parts center. Non-genuine parts generally take a lot of fiddling to fit (shaft diameters, etc.).

The LED on my CE-5 has never illuminated when power was present, and all connections made. I’ve had the pedal for years and had no problems though.
