Hi guys,
I was wondering, what would it be if I set one CE-2 after ther other? Does anybody ever tried this? What happens to the sound? |

You can get a very fat chorus sound out of this, depending on the settings of each one. Very close settings makes it really fat, not so close settings makes a special chorus sound.

This could create a vortex inversion and a space time continuum. Be very careful, remember there are no supernovas; only industrial accidents. |

| All I can say is that the CE-2 is the CE-2. CE-3 when in stereo mode it's ok, but CE-2 is CE-2. |

| I prefer the CE-3 over the CE-2. Not only does it have the option of stereo, but I find it has a lot deeper sound. |

| Well, in my opinion the CE-2 has a warmer and very fat sound, that's why I prefer. To me, the CE-3 has a very soft effect, I can't explain it very well because my awfull english. But I think that the stereo is a very good option. |

I like CE-2 the most, its fatter and the best chorus I ever heard, Boss or non-Boss. CE-3 is also very good of course. |

Hi Guys
I agree with Goran, but I know hat it's all relative & Subjective.
I currently own (5) CE-2's, and (1) CE-3, I think that speaks for itself.

I was just watching The Police Synchronicity concert DVD and right at the beginning of De Do Do De Da Da Da the camera pans across Andy Summer's pedal board and you know what chorus he was playing?
a CE-3. |

I think that the chorus you hear on most of the Police's albums came from an E-H Electric Mistress. Flangers often do make nice chorus sounds with the resonance set low, it's a lighter tone with a little more treble- I've always liked the Boss HF-2 as a chorus for just that reason.
CE-2 into HF-2 works nicely, too - big thick analogue chorus sound from the CE-2, with a nice sweet top end from the HF-2, not as metallic as a BF-2 flanger. |

| I used to have a battery Electric Mistress and it was quite Police~y. No doubt that's what was used in the studio, but I just thought it was interesting that the CE-3 gets shit-canned time and time again and yet there it is on Andy Summer's board on a major tour. |
