This has probably been up to discussion before...
Are there any differences, eletronically, between the two?
I know that CE-2B has a volume control, but has anybody looked at the schematics? Maybe a different value of a capacitor or two?
They sound very much alike to my ear.

With links to both of the schematics..

I can't remember which one though, it was about 1 or 2 days ago.

Yes, in my opinion it was just a trial by BOSS to make business with this two 'different' kind of but very similar sounding pedal.
Obviously there is no any reason to mention them with major differences...
