Looks almost like a programmable pedal board, or an early attempt at a multi-effects processor that you could put your own stompboxes into....Or it could just be a store display...
I think it will get very complicated since you can switch the order of the pedals. Once its set up though, it would be very nice to use. When I first saw it, i interpereted it that it can change the sound of each pedal, so the board had something special with boss pedals that it could control it without touching the knobs. That would be an amazing feature if it is possible.
