Wow I am getting a great leslie sound on my analog ce-5! this is a fantastic setting. Just when you think you've tried them all... I'm actually liking the rate JUST below full.
I have a TR-2 too but never tried them together...always good to have more options. I found that by keeping the depth low, (when the rate is set high), you avoid the "detuned" sound which can sometimes interfere with the nice swirl of the Leslie sound. Try lowering the depth to a lower setting -- you may be surprised by the result.
Will do.......i have a gig later so i'll try it out during the soundcheck....thanks for the tip......
Franzoni -- Let me know if you use these settings live -- would like to get your feedback.
Foulacy -- good to hear your enjoying that setting. It really makes the CE-5 more versatile....wait till you hear how it sounds through an RE-20 in stereo! Did that today -- very nice.

Tried it out on the gig last night...fridays one was only an hour long set for the launch of a new nightclub in a hotel we play regular so i didn't really get a chance.....to be honest i still like the CE-2 with the rate and depth up full..i know there is a bit of detune but for some reason i don't think it's as noticeable when mixed with the TR-2.........defo good enough soundwise to get away with 'cold shot'..etc on a gig.....speaking of which...http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=L86fonUDIb4&feature=related .........
