I just bough yesterday this LANEY RB4, I had a LANEY Linebacker 120B years ago, really like this sound.
So I wondered what's your combo...
Share pics !

I hate the RB series knobs (silver metal-like in cheap plastic... horrible) so I swaped with those black and grey ones :

Early/Mid 70's musicman HD 130 2x12 combo..now back working and gigging after some surgery over christmas by your truly.... ..

'61/62(not 100% which...hard to date) Selmer Stadium 1x12 14 watt combo....as used by the Shadows and the Beatles pre-Vox days....
I also have a Marshall Superbass head (excellent for guitar) that i use on gigs with a old vox 2x12 cab,in stereo with the musicman....
P.S. ... Pedals4PV... a guy i know from my daughters swimming classes, approached me to ask about a peavey classic 30 he was offered for 100 euro..... all thats missing is a couple of output valves....i told him a guy i know(you... ) swears by his and i casually dropped into the conversation that if he wasn't interested i might be in the marketplace.......... .....

I got a few different amps, but I got this a couple months ago, and its what I have been using in my house all the time now...
Blackheart Killer Any with matching Killer Cab. Sounds decent enough stock, that I haven't gotten around to swapping the EH12ax7s that are in the pic... |

I'm currently working with a Victoria Regal:

Sometimes for smaller gigs I'll use a Victoria 20112:

Occasionally for outdoor shows or shows where I know it's gonna be loud, I'll drag out the Victoria Victorilux:

None. I don't use one any more. Don't intend buying one again either... most are overatted.
I've had Amp simulation stuff now for the past 5+ years. Everything goes direct to the DAW or the PA. If I need to monitor my sound I use a keyboard amp.
Lets be honest here... The audience don't have a clue, or couldn't care less, what you use live or in the studio as long as it sounds fine.
Having said all that, my wife still uses a Roland D-Bass 210 bass amp.

Most stuff I play needs a clean(ish) sound, so the amp simulators work well for me.
I hardly ever need high gain distortion, even then I get what I need from an amp sim or a distortion box. |

Guitarwise I use the top amp on this pic, the bottom one is faulty, I still need to take a look at it. (cool picture anyway)

On this picture my bass amp for home use and some rehearsals as well as my old guitar amp.

Here's the lovely Ampeg Billy Sheehan preamp, with on top the rackshelf with the Boss RDD-10 for chorus and the RCL-10 for compression. (It's basically a rackmounted CS-3 with some extra options, very nice). The microracks are used in my liverack with a Hartke 5000 amp. I just ordered a Gallien-Krueger 700RB-II to replace the Hartke. Cabinets are an Avatar 2x12 and a GK 2x10, I don't really have any decent pics of that stuff though.
